OpenGIS Services

This project provides a Java Based implementation of the OpenGIS XML Service specification, with OpenGIS specified XML communication within Java applications.  The Java applications may include clients composing requests to services, and interpreting responses.  It may also include services implementing the specification to receive and interpret requests, and compose responses.  See OpenGIS-XLS for a service implementation.
